How long is the price valid for?
The price offered will be honoured for 10 days from the date you complete the order on our site. If we receive your device after this date, it will be valued at the website price on the day we receive it..
When do I get paid?

Providing the device matches our terms and conditions and the device was received before 12.30pm we promise to issue payment on the same day for working devices.

We'll also send you an email to confirm payment has been made. We can only make payments Monday – Friday, 10am-5pm.

Do you accept blocked, Stolen phones or fake/imitation devices?

We do not accept any stolen or imitation devices.

These will be handed over to the authorities immediately.

My device isn't listed on your website. Can I still sell it?

Please contact us for a price until the website is updated.

My device has personal data, how do I delete it?

Follow manufacture instructions to factory reset your device, you must delete all accounts before resetting the device.
